Risebot is an AI sales assistant for Algerian e-commerce businesses. Features may include multi-channel messaging (Facebook Pages, Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp Business), AI customer replies, order confirmation, automatic order creation, shipment tracking, customer database, product catalog, and analytics.

• Do not use Risebot for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activity
• Comply with Meta, WhatsApp, Google, courier, and other platform policies
• Do not reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service
• Do not access another seller’s data without authorization
• Do not misrepresent your identity or business

• Accuracy of product prices, stock, delivery fees, and orders
• Compliance with Algerian consumer and data rules applicable to your business
• Required consents for messaging customers
• Content of messages sent from your connected channels, including AI-assisted messages
• Courier credentials and parcels you ship
• Taxes, invoices, and customer disputes related to your sales

Risebot may generate draft or automatic replies using AI models. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. You must configure autonomy levels appropriately and supervise critical workflows. You remain the merchant of record for customer communications and sales.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or harm the platform.

Certain Risebot plans may be paid. Prices and billing will be disclosed at purchase. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Free or beta features may change at any time.

Risebot software and branding are owned by Risebot or its licensors. You retain ownership of your business content and grant Risebot a license to host and process it solely to provide the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Risebot is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, failed deliveries, incorrect AI decisions, courier errors, or third-party outages. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the three months before the claim or USD 100, whichever is greater, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
